The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the friendly chef served it with a smile. The location of the hotel was stunning, with incredible views. the hotel was conveniently located close to a quaint little town with all the amenities you could want or need.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this hotel. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon were a delightful treat. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and a luxurious bathroom. the highlight was definitely the huge hot tub and fire pit, perfect for relaxing after a day of wine tasting. a fantastic experience.
The lack of privacy on the balcony, as other guests would pass by when going to the hot tub. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room for valuables.

We had such a lovely stay at The Inn At Therapy Vineyards! The breakfast on the patio was a delightful way to start our days of exploring. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and the view from our room was unparalleled. We loved looking out at the vineyards and the lake while sitting in bed. The staff were friendly and informative, and the complimentary glass of wine upon check-in was a nice touch. Even though we were upgraded to a larger room, we were still impressed by the spaciousness and modernity. The hot tub was a relaxing treat, especially with the beautiful scenery surrounding us. The sparkling clean inn and the complimentary coffee station and afternoon cookies were divine. we were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely consider returning.
The fire ban, which meant we couldn't enjoy sitting around the fire pit. It would be nice if the staff could provide a propane fire pit instead, as they are still allowed during fire bans.

My spouse and I spent two nights at Therapy, a hidden gem in a great Naramata location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with its beautiful scenery. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. The peaceful atmosphere and access to nearby attractions made our stay even better. We will definitely come back again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During our New Year's stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern rooms at this charming inn. the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the warm and informative check-in process, where our host took the time to explain various features and even offered us a complimentary glass of wine. the breakfast served each morning was fresh and well-balanced, and the coffee was a pleasant surprise, far better than what we've had at Starbucks.
the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy, which occasionally disrupted our sleep. the maintenance of the backyard, where the hot tub was located, could be improved.

Loved the beautiful views of the valley and lake from our room. the coffee machine in the room was a great addition, with easy-to-use features and plenty of drink options. - Appreciated the complimentary upgrade and the clear and easy check-in process. - the room itself was top-notch, with a comfortable tub and shower in the bathroom. - the manager was friendly and helpful, making sure our room was ready for early check-in.
The breakfast provided was below standard, with limited options and not enough to satisfy hunger. The power outage during our stay was inconvenient, and the lack of candles or torches made it feel a bit creepy.

The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The location, with its beautiful view of the lake and sunsets, was perfect. The staff, especially our host Jacqueline, were friendly, informative, and were pretty good too make us feel welcome.
As for the breakfast option, it could use some improvement. The daily offering of a pastry, bacon, muesli, yogurt, berries, and a hard-boiled egg felt a bit limited and not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
